Surat, India · technology that makes a business ready to grow

We measure before we pitch.

Most local businesses run on technology from ten years ago while the competitor down the road modernises. We find that gap with real measurements, then close it with AI lead generation, automation and the systems growth actually runs on.

No obligation and no sales script. We look at your numbers together.

Measured before we made contact

470US businesses analysed before we contacted any of them
21Metro areas covered, across 19 industries
179Qualified into a scored pipeline, every finding carrying a source URL
88Of those 179 failed on mobile load time alone

These are our own audit numbers, not industry averages. See how they were collected.

What we build

Three things, in the order they usually pay off.

Every engagement is framed as growth: more booked customers, less time lost to manual work, and revenue that stops leaking to third-party platforms.

What the audits found

The gap is bigger than owners think, and it is measurable.

Every number on the left was recorded by our own audit pipeline on a simulated phone connection, with the source URL saved.

Why we exist

Any business can be made ready to grow. Most just never got the systems.

Whatever the business does, the gap turns out to be the same shape: the part the staff touch got modernised years ago, and the part the customer touches is still paper and the phone. We measured that across 470 businesses in 19 industries before we said it out loud.

Tech-ready is not a badge. It means four specific things.

01

A customer can book without calling

At 11pm, on a phone, without anyone answering.

02

Money arrives without being chased

Paid online, receipted automatically, with balances the customer can see.

03

The customer list belongs to the business

Not to a delivery app, a booking vendor, or somebody’s memory.

04

The system remembers, so staff do not have to

Follow-ups, renewals, return visits and reminders fire on their own.

That is the whole job: get a business to those four, then grow what it can now handle.

How we work

Four steps, and you can stop after the first one.

  1. Measure

We audit your website and your current systems before we quote anything. You get the numbers and the source URLs whether or not you hire us. That is the same pipeline that produced the 470 audits on this site.

  2. Scope

We agree on one outcome worth money to you, then write down what is included, what it costs and when it lands. Fixed scope, fixed price, milestone payments.

  3. Build

Short cycles with a staging link you can open any day. You review real screens rather than status reports, and changes happen while they are still cheap.

  4. Hand over

Code, domains and accounts are yours and always were. We can keep maintaining it, or document it and step away. Neither answer costs you the system.

Where we are

We are in Surat, and that is the reason the price works.

Hiding it would be the fastest way to lose your trust, so here it is plainly. Divinexion is headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, India. Our clients are owner-operated businesses across the United States.

  • You talk to the people who build it. The people who build your work are the people on your calls. There is no account manager relaying your requirements to somebody you never meet.
  • Standing overlap, 8am to 12pm US Eastern. India Standard Time is about nine and a half hours ahead, so that window is our evening. Calls happen in your morning.
  • Written updates land overnight. Work continues while the US sleeps, and the staging link has moved by the time you open your laptop.
  • The cost difference is structural, not a discount. Salaries and office costs here are a fraction of a US agency's, and that goes into your price.

What we fix

Eight problems we build systems for.

Every one of these came out of a real audit. The left is what we walked into. The right is what we put in its place.

Bookings that need a human

Appointments start with “call for an appointment”. One business still published a working fax line for requests.

We build: online booking wired to the real calendar, with confirmation and reminder messages that send themselves.

Paperwork that arrives on paper

Enrolment ran on printed PDF packets. One business sent two Word files to print and carry to the first visit.

We build: digital intake that the customer completes before arriving, stored against their record.

Money collected by hand

Rent through PayPal with a $25 add-on and a handwritten note. Classes paid by Venmo, or cash in person before the session.

We build: online payment inside the portal, receipts issued automatically, balances the customer can see.

Revenue rented from a platform

Delivery and pickup both handed to a third party. Another took a cut of every online order placed.

We build: ordering on the business’s own domain, so the margin and the customer list both stay in-house.

Repeat customers nobody tracks

Prepaid packages sold in blocks with no way to see days remaining. Grooming cycles tracked entirely staff-side.

We build: a customer app carrying memberships, passes and balances, with return reminders that fire on schedule.

Recurring work re-keyed every time

A quote form collected weekly or bi-weekly frequency, then promised a callback, so somebody typed it in again.

We build: recurring scheduling and dispatch, so the frequency the customer chose becomes the schedule.

Enquiries that arrive and die

Paid ads pointing at a page whose only next step was a phone call, during office hours only.

We build: capture that works after hours, follow-up that actually happens, and a record of every enquiry.

Sites too slow to keep the visitor

Main content taking 5 to 47 seconds on a phone. One homepage downloads 85 MB.

We build: pages that load in under two seconds on mobile. This one scores 100. Run it yourself.

Each line above is drawn from our own audit of 470 businesses across 19 industries. See the full findings.

Questions we actually get

The objections, answered straight.

How do I know you will finish?

Scope and price are fixed and written down before anything starts, and payment is tied to milestones so you are never far ahead of the work. From the first week there is a staging link you can open any day. Progress is something you look at, not something we describe on a call.

What if I do not like it?

Direction is agreed on before it is built. If the first review says the direction is wrong, we stop and redo it rather than carry on and argue about it later. Nothing goes to your customers without your sign-off.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, the domains, the app store listings and the service accounts are in your name from day one. There is no licence to renew and nothing switches off if you stop working with us. If you want to hand the whole thing to a local developer next year, it hands over cleanly.

Why are you cheaper than a US agency?

We are in Surat, Gujarat. Salaries and office costs in India are a fraction of what a US agency carries, and that difference goes into the price rather than into account managers. The people who build the work are the people you talk to.

How do we communicate across time zones?

India Standard Time runs about nine and a half hours ahead of US Eastern. We hold 8am to 12pm Eastern as standing overlap, which is evening here, so calls happen in your working morning. Written updates and staging builds land overnight, ready when you open your laptop.

Is my customer data safe?

The systems we build run in accounts you own, so your customer records stay under your control rather than ours. Where we need access we use scoped credentials you can revoke in one click, and we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before anything sensitive moves. We do not resell, pool or train on your data.

Thirty minutes, and you leave with your own numbers.

We run the audit before the call and walk you through what it found. If nothing is worth fixing, we will tell you that, the way we told an entire segment of property managers there was no gap worth selling.
